Each individual may only have one account on our Site (including shared or family accounts). Accounts are non-transferable and must not be sold, shared, or combined with other accounts. Termination: We may immediately terminate your account if you allow a third party to access or use your account, or commit fraud or provide falsified information. Liability: You may be held liable for any damages caused by misconduct under your account, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action and notify your Internet service provider if necessary.
7. Permitted Use & Your Promises
Unless you are a designated Partner, you may only use the Site for non-commercial purposes and in accordance with these Terms. GlamUP reserves the right to investigate and prosecute any violations to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. User Content
The Site may provide areas for user-generated content ("User Content Areas"), such as review sections or forums. You are solely responsible for the content submitted in these areas. User Submissions must remain relevant, lawful, and must not contain any infringing, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, abusive, harassing, or otherwise unlawful material. Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to make a good faith effort to resolve the matter through mediation. If mediation fails within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue any legal remedy available under applicable law. The prevailing party may also be entitled to recover costs and attorney's fees.

Although the GlamUP Site is accessible worldwide, certain features, products, or services may only be available to users based in Albania or other specified geographic regions. GlamUP reserves the right to limit or restrict the use of any feature, product, or service based on location. If you access the Site from outside Albania, you are solely responsible for compliance with your local laws.
